As a photographer, it feels like family when one has already covered a few weddings for a family; familiar faces & spaces put the client & the photographer at ease. When it is a Punjabi wedding, one does expect the usuals; opulence, fun a Sangeet night & a wild Baraat! apart from the much expected, this wedding had a huge element if tastefulness too.
I walked into a very colorful decor for the Mehandi. The colors looked so bright in the December light & the soft Sun with the gentle breeze added to the charm of the sprawling farm house of the Dhingras.
The evening was brought-in by a surprise performance by Hari & Sukhmani. The blend of their music & style with the evening was simply amazing as it set the stage for the high-temp Sangeet.
Vani looked stunning with the beauty strokes of Anu Kaushik. It was an experience to shoot a wedding which was like a production! The wedding-day venue was beautifully decorated by Geeta Samuel’s team. With several photographers & videographers from Badal & Raja Jain’s team, I had my fun time working on angles & through gaps which I would not have noticed otherwise 🙂
Harshdeep Kaur’s songs filled the wedding venue & shall echo within me for a long while ahead.
